COVID-19, Parcel Delay & Stock Availability

While we love to receive email from you, it's really hard for us to know right now, due to COVID-19 impacting cargo flights and suppliers, when exactly will product X, Y or Z to be back in stock. We suggest you follow our Social Media account and subscribe to our Newsletter, as we will share Re-stock and New Arrival items there. If you have problem with your parcel, please contact parcel courier (Australia Post or Fastway) with the tracking number, and check with them first before coming to us. It is unfortunate that parcel delivery is out of our control at this stage.
