Deliveries

(Fastway & Australia Post)

Some deliveries may be delayed due to the increased demand our delivery partners are experiencing.

Both our delivery partners: Fastway and Australia Post have made changes to their delivery processes to enhance the safety of their employees and customers. Please have a read of the links below on their changes of procedures below:

We understand the frustration when your parcel is delayed, however, before emailing us of any issues, please check your tracking number and contact the courier (Fastway or Australia Post) regarding the delayed or missing parcel. They will usually get back to you within 1 – 2 business days. If you have not heard from them after 7 business days, let us know at online@cosmehut.com.au.

 

Product Re-Stock/Supplier Shipment

We are currently experiencing both large number of orders and delay/shortage of stocks from our suppliers. We’re really sorry but we are working with our suppliers to get the re-stock as soon as we can.

South Korea

Our shipments from South Korea are currently delayed due to limited cargo planes and many countries enforcing more stringent cargo policies. All stocks from South Korea are arriving much slower than usual. So please be patient about the re-stock for your K-Beauty Needs.

If possible, please refrain from emailing or asking us about stock updates. We are unsure when exactly will it be restocked, and we do not want to give false hope 😞. We suggest signing up to the email notifications and follow our social media accounts to track for latest restock and new arrival.
