ORDERS

How do I get a Discount Code for my first order?

You can sign up to our Newsletter via the Pop-Up Form, or the form located at the homepage of Cosme Hut. Once you signed up, we will send you the discount code via email. 😊

How long does it take to confirm my order?

Thank you for placing orders at Cosme Hut. Your orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please email online@cosmehut.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help. However, if your order has already been processed in our warehouse, we are unable to make anymore changes.

Can I gift wrap or add a card to my order?

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer any gift-wrapping service or the option to add a card to an order. But hopefully one day in the future!

What do I do if an item was damaged in transit?

Please contact us at online@cosmehut.com.au with your full name, order number and an image of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue for you.

What do I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you have a large order, your order may be split into multiple packages. Please check your email as we will usually notify you about the multiple packages. If there are no additional tracking numbers found, please contact us at online@cosmehut.com.au and we will ship the missing product out to you.

 

SHIPPING

Do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for orders of $50 AUD or more and Free Express for orders over $150.This is the total after all discounts, offers or promotions have been applied.

How much is shipping cost?

Please visit our Shipping Policy page for all the details you need regarding shipping. If there are any queries not covered, please email us at online@cosmehut.com.au.

When will I get my tracking number?

We will send you your tracking number after your order has been dispatched/collected by courier. Please allow at least 1 business day for us to process your order.

When will my order ship and where will it ship from?

We process and ship all order on every business day (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays). Once we have received your order, they will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. Our orders are shipped from Perth, Australia.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship using parcel post from Fastway or Australia Post. Orders normally take between 2-10 business days to arrive. It might be slightly slower if it is shipping to rural/remote areas or during holiday periods.

Do you charge GST on your products?

GST is already included in the product's price. There are no more tax added when you go to checkout your orders.

How do I track my orders?

I entered the wrong address on my order. What do I do?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been fulfilled or shipped, we will be able to alter the address for you. However, if the order has been fulfilled and shipped, and the package has been delivered, Cosme Hut will not be liable for any replacement or refund. Additional costs may be charged by the courier for undelivered parcels with a wrong or invalid address.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently do not ship internationally. We only ship within Australia.

Do you ship to PO BOX or parcel lockers?

Yes, we do!

 

PAYMENT

Is it safe and secure to shop at Cosme Hut?

At Cosme Hut, we keep your personal information secure and private during the entire checkout process to ensure that you have a safe and secure shopping experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) only.

Can I use multiple discount codes for my order?

No. Only one discount code may be used per order and they cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Depending on whether your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you may or may not be able to change or cancel your order. If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it will not be possible to change or cancel your order. Please email us at online@cosmehut.com.au with the subject "Order Cancellation" right away and we will let you know whether it can be amended or cancelled then.

Are the products on Cosme Hut authentic?

Our products are 100% authentic and are sourced from authorized distributors. We pride ourselves on bringing you authentic, high-quality Korean skincare and makeup products so that you can have a peace of mind knowing that your products are genuine.

I have sent an email to you and have still not received a response in 48 hours.

We will try to respond to all email as soon as possible (normally within the 48 hours). Please check your spam/junk, sometimes our emails may end up in there. You can send us another email to ensure that we do receive it on our end and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

I cannot find my favourite Korean products/brands on Cosme Hut.

We are always continuously trying to add trending and popular skincare products to our online store. If you have a suggestion for an item or a brand, we would like to hear from you! Please email us your recommendations at online@cosmehut.com.au and we will look into them.
