Convenient application with the adhesive gel sheet remaining securely in place, even when the user moves or turns in bed. How to use:

1. Remove the transparent film and apply the cooling sheet to the desired area.
2. After opening, fold the cut edge twice along the dotted line, ensuring the unused portion is protected from exposure to open air, and store it in the provided box.
3. The cooling effect typically lasts around 8 hours (Note: The duration may vary depending on the ambient temperature. Replace if the cooling effect diminishes.)
4. For hygiene and functional reasons, use this product only once.
5. For enhanced cooling, refrigerate the product before use. (Do not place in the freezer.)
