How to use:

Twist up gel pencil for about 1.5mm before using. Glide along lash line from inner to outer corner of the eye and fill in the gaps between lashes. Use finger or cotton bud to blend the libe before it dries for a natural look. Gel pencil does not twist back once twist up. Do not extend the tip too far, this may cause the tip to break.
