The HADA LABO Arbutin Whitening Shirojyun Milk is a Japanese moisturizing emulsion designed to brighten and hydrate the skin. Formulated with pure arbutin, a skin-brightening agent, this milk helps to fade dark spots and even out skin tone.

How to use:
